FAQs for EZ-COUPONS

Q1: What are these?
ez-Coupons are coupons that will be read unto your ez-link card and it replaces the need to carry around physical discount / offer coupons. Once you have downloaded ez-Coupons unto your ez-link card, go to the merchant to redeem the offer just by tapping your ez-link card at the merchant's terminal.

Q2: How does it work?

There are 8 slots available for ez-Coupons on your ez-link card. Choose any one slot available to view offers from a variety of merchants. Once you have chosen the offer from the merchant, click on the picture of the ez-Coupon and it will be downloaded onto your ez-link card.

Remove your ez-link card, and choose the ‘Download ez-Coupon' option. It will reflect the ez-Coupon you have just downloaded. To download more ez-Coupons, please continue to choose the remaining empty slots available for you to download ez-Coupons.

Currently, the ez-link card can hold up to 8 ez-Coupons. We will look into allowing more ez-Coupons to be read onto the ez-link card if there is demand.

Q4: Where can they be redeemed?
Please refer to ‘ez-Coupons Terms' icon found at the top of EZ-Online main page, to find out where ez-Coupons can be redeemed.

Q5: What does the validity/expiry date mean?
The validity/expiry date means that once the date has past, the offer is no longer valid. Hence the ez-Coupon will no longer be on the ez-link card.

Q6: I have downloaded a wrong ez-Coupon, can I remove it?
Sorry, once an ez-Coupon is downloaded, it cannot be removed. However, it will automatically be removed once it has reached the expiry date.
