Q1: What is Remote Authorisation for Top-Up for?
 

This option enables you to pre-authorise a top-up for your family members without being in the same location or without the physical ez-link card.

All you need is to have access to the internet, log on to www.ezlink.com.sg and chose ‘Remote Authorisation for Top-up' option and key in the correct ez-link card number of the ez-link car you wish to top-up via your Visa credit or debit card.

Once the transaction is approved, just inform the ez-link cardholder that the amount has been approved and they will need to ‘UPDATE' their ez-link card via EZ-Online with a Sony PaSoRi Reader / Writer.
   
Q2: What is needed?
 

a. 9 digit ez-link card number that you want to authorize a top-up

b. A VISA credit or debit card

c. Ez-link card holder has to ‘Update' the ez-link via EZ-Online with Sony PaSoRi Reader / Writer for the authorized amount tobe load unto the ez-link card.

   
Q3: What if I key in the wrong ez-link card number?
  Please ensure that you have keyed in the ez-link card number accurately for the correct card to be updated.
