Online Application for EZ-Reload on your new ez-link card

How to apply

 

Requirements

  • Valid VISA / MasterCard / Diners Club Credit Card. Each credit card can be linked to a maximum of 7 ez-link cards.
  • Valid Email address. Important! Application status and collection slip number will be sent to you via email.
  • Valid ez-link card numbers.
  • Applicant must be 18 years old and above.
  • Applicant must be a Singapore resident.

Application process

  • Fill up the form with valid data, click submit button and follow instructions. You will receive the first email within 24 hours saying we have received your application.
  • Within 5 working days, a second email will inform you of the application status. It includes collection slip number if application is successful.
  • Once the application is approved, please proceed to activate the Auto Top-up with your ez-link card, collection slip number, email, and NRIC at any TransitLink Ticket Office.
  • Please ensure that there is a minimum of $3.00 in your ez-link card before activating the facility.

  • If there is a change in credit card number, due to loss, suspected fraud or credit card upgrade, please deactivate the facility by presenting your NRIC / Passport and ez-link card at any TransitLink Ticket Office. Please wait for at least 7 working days for the status of your ez-link card to be updated before reapplying for the facility again.

If you would like to change the auto top up amount, please deactivate the facility by presenting your NRIC / Passport and ez-link card at any TransitLink Ticket Office. Please wait for at least 7 working days for the status of your ez-link card to be updated before reapplying for the facility again.

  • Please note that applications received on weekends and holidays, will be processed only on the next working day.
  • S$0.25 convenience fee will be charged for every auto top-up transaction.
