Lost Cards

Please call TransitLink's Contact Centre at 1800 2255 663 to report the loss of your concession card or auto top up (Giro/credit card) enabled ez-link card.
Operating Hours: 0800 to 1800 daily except public holidays

Outside of these operating hours, there will be a voicemail for you to leave a message with your name and contact number. Your claim (for Giro/Auto Credit Card Top-up ez-link cards only) will be locked in as of the time stamp of your recorded message.

Remember to also make a lost report to National Library Board directly by either email : helpdesk@nlb.gov.sg or call them at 6332 3255 to prevent any unauthorized usage of library services.

 

Concession card holders who require card replacements for their lost, damaged or faulty ez-link cards can now visit any of the following locations for immediate replacement.
