Coverage
EZ-Link Pte Ltd has partnered with ACE Insurance Limited to provide insurance coverage to Season Pass holders in the event of:
- Accidental Death & Permanent Total Disability while travelling on a Public Conveyance AND
- Loss or Theft of your EZ-Link Season Pass card
Making a Claim
If you wish to make a claim, you must:
- Call the ACE’s Customer Service hotline at 6299 0988 (Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm) to request for a claim form. Alternatively you can download the claim form here.
- Return the completed claim form and attach the relevant document/report and submit to ACE within thirty (30) days of the incident which gives rise to the claim.
