NEW OPERATING HOURS FOR TRANSITLINK CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AND CARD REPLACEMENT OFFICES

Singapore - Starting from 1 April 2004, the new operating hours for TransitLink Customer Service Centre (CSC) and Card Replacement Offices (CROs) will be from 10am to 6pm daily and closed on public holidays.

The CSC is located at Buona Vista MRT Station while the CROs are conveniently located in the bus interchanges at Choa Chu Kang, Pasir Ris and Yishun.

The CSC and CROs provide immediate card replacement services for lost, damaged and faulty concession cards and card users will receive their cards on the same day. Commuters can also revalue their ez-link Cards at the CSC and CROs.
