Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Job Scope:
- Handle daily enquiries about the ez-link card, its usages, related products and services.
- Investigate escalated cases on customer complaints and provide solutions where appropriate.
- Collate monthly reports on Customer Service Issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels holder.
- Good communication skills – Written and Spoken. Proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
- Proficient knowledge in use of Microsoft Office.
