Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Job Scope:

  • Handle daily enquiries about the ez-link card, its usages, related products and services.
  • Investigate escalated cases on customer complaints and provide solutions where appropriate.
  • Collate monthly reports on Customer Service Issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels holder.
  • Good communication skills – Written and Spoken. Proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
  • Proficient knowledge in use of Microsoft Office.
