The Outstanding Payment Settlement service allows you to settle your outstanding amount incurred by your EZ-Reload and EZ-Pay accounts online conveniently.

2. How can I make a payment to settle my outstanding amount for my EZ-Pay or EZ-Reload accounts?

Step 1: Proceed to the Online Service page
Step 2: Indicate if you are agreeable to proceed with the Terms and Conditions
Step 3: Select the relevant scheme and enter your required details to proceed

3. What are the accepted payment modes?

We accept all Singapore issued credit or debit cards (Visa/MasterCard).

4. What are the required information for use of this service?

You will be required to enter your NRIC, FIN or Passport number associated with your EZ-Reload or EZ-Pay account for us to retrieve the relevant records.

To proceed with your payment, your email address and credit/debit card details will be required.

5. How would I know if the payment made was successful?

You will be updated on your payment transaction status at the end of the payment process.

For successful payment transactions, an email receipt will be triggered to your email address for your reference.

6. Can I make a partial payment for my outstanding amount?

No, you can only make a full payments for the outstanding amount for each scheme.

7. What should I do if the Total Outstanding amount reflected is incorrect?

8. How do I know if this website is safe for me to release my credit card details?
