How to Apply
PRODUCT UNIQUE FEATURE
  • Zip through the crowd by skipping the need to queue up to top-up your ez-link card.
  • With automatic top-ups you will always have sufficient money for public transport,, ERP payments and even at retail outlets - whenever and wherever - you need it.
  • Convenient tracking of your ez-link card top-ups reflected in your bank account statement/book.
CHARGES S$0.25 convenience fee will be charged for every auto top-up transaction.
WHO CAN APPLY
  • Valid American Express / Diners Club / MasterCard / VISA Credit, Debit and Charge Card. Each Credit, Debit and Charge Card can be linked to a maximum of 7 ez-link cards.
  • Valid Email address. Important! Application status and collection slip number will be sent to you via email.
  • Valid ez-link card numbers.
  • Applicant must be 18 years old and above.
  • Applicant must be a Singapore resident.
HOW TO APPLY
  • Fill up the form with valid data, click submit button and follow instructions. You will receive the first email within 24 hours saying we have received your application.
  • Within 5 working days, a second email will inform you of the application status. It includes collection slip number if application is successful.
  • Once the application is approved, please proceed to activate the Auto Top-up with your ez-link card, collection slip number, email, and NRIC at any TransitLink Ticket Office or activation at the GTM.

EZ-RELOAD BY CARD
  • Please proceed to activate the EZ-Reload by CARD facility with your ez-link card and email or letter notification containing your collection slip number and NRIC/ID at any TransitLink Ticket Office or GTM.

HOW TO USE
EZ-RELOAD BY CARD
Upon activation of the facility, your ez-link card will automatically top up when you have insufficient funds when you tap your card at all bus and train readers and also at participating merchant outlets which allow EZ-Reload transaction. There is no need to do manual top-ups on to your ez-link card anymore.
HOW TO DEACTIVATE Deactivation of EZ-Reload facility can be done at any TransitLink Ticket Office with your ez-link card and NRIC. The remaining monies will remain in the ez-link card. However, please remember to manually top-up when the value runs low.
HOW TO REPORT LOSS Please call EZ-Link's Hotline at 6496 8300 to make a lost report on your EZ-Reload by Card enabled ez-link card. Should you call after office hours (Office hours : Mon- Sun, excluding Public Holidays, from 8am – 6pm), please leave a voicemail and we will contact you on the next working day, your lost report will be lodged according to time of call.
CHANGE IN CREDIT CARD
& TOP-UP AMOUNT
  • If there is a change in credit card number, due to loss, suspected fraud or credit card upgrade, please deactivate the facility by presenting your NRIC / Passport and ez-link card at any TransitLink Ticket Office. Please wait for at least 7 working days for the status of your ez-link card to be updated before reapplying for the facility again.

INVALID, ILLEGAL OR
UNAUTHORISED USE OF
CREDIT CARDS
  • You should only apply for the EZ-Reload facility using valid Singapore issued credit/debit cards belonging to you. The invalid, illegal or unauthorized use of credit/debit cards or use of fraudulent credit/debit cards may result in the rejection of the application by EZ-Link. EZ-Link will also report the invalid, illegal or unauthorized use of credit/debit cards or use of fraudulent credit/debit cards to the police or relevant authorities.
EZ-RELOAD E-STATEMENT SERVICE From 8th June 2011, EZ-Reload cutomers who have provided an email address, will get monthly email statements on top-up transactioms made to your EZ-Reload enabled ez-link card.

  • Emails will be sent to customers from 8th of the month up to 20th of the month.
  • Only activated records with top up transaction posting (regardless of a successful or unsuccessful top-up) will receive statement.
  • Each bank / credit card account will receive one email.
