It is a lucky draw where we are rewarding customers who use the EZ-Link Motoring Card to make Motoring transactions (ERP and carpark payments). The campaign runs from 16 August 2023 – 15 November 2023. There will be 3 monthly draws, with 10 winners each month to win $188 EZ-Link Wallet credits each. Customers earn 1 chance at the lucky draw with every 5 Motoring transactions made on their EZ-Link Motoring card tied to their account.
Motoring transactions refer to ERP and carpark payments made on the EZ-Link Motoring card.
You will stand a chance to win a month worth of Motoring usages in the monthly Lucky Draw ($188 EZ-Link Wallet credits).
To qualify for the lucky draw, you must fulfil all the following criteria:
- You must have a valid account on the EZ-Link App on or before the expiry of the Campaign Period;
- Motoring Card(s) must be added to your EZ-Link App account before or during the Campaign Period.
- Make EPS (carpark) or ERP transactions within the Qualifying Period(s) on the EZ-Link Motoring card(s) within the following qualifying periods:
- 16 August 2023 – 15 September 2023 (Qualifying Period 1)
- 16 September 2023 – 15 October 2023 (Qualifying Period 2)
- 16 October 2023 – 15 November 2023 (Qualifying Period 3)
- You will get one (1) lucky draw chance for every five (5) Eligible Transactions performed within each qualifying period;
- There will be one (1) draw for each qualifying period, ten (10) lucky winners will be picked for each qualifying period
- Each winner shall be entitled to receive a one hundred eighty-eight dollars (S$188) EZ-Link Wallet Credit
- Lucky draw chance(s) cannot be accumulated for the next qualifying period and will reset at the start of the next Qualifying Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, one registered EZ-Link App account is entitled to receive up to one incentive within the campaign period regardless of the number of active EZ-Link Cards added to the EZ-Link App.
This campaign is open to all new and existing users of the EZ-Link Motoring Card. This Campaign is not applicable for all EZ-Link Card enrolled into the Auto Top-up Corporate Fleet program and for all Concession cards.
Note: EZ-Link cards are compatible with the dual-mode IU (2GIU) only. However, users will be able to pay carpark payments by tapping the EZ-Link card at the carpark exit terminal station.
- Users must update and complete their EZ-Link profile information (full name, full address and contact number) so that we can notify winners via the registered email address.
- Within six (6) weeks at the end of each Qualifying period, winners will be contacted through email to their registered email address on the EZ-Link app.
- All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- You must activate the EZ-Link Wallet prior to redeeming the incentive
- Click on the “Discover” tab within the EZ-Link app
- Select “Redeem your EZ-Link e-voucher (Wallet) code” link within the “Discover” tab
- Key in the redemption stated in the redemption letter.
