SINGAPORE, 1 April 2004 – TransitLink is launching the TransitLink Guide 2004 on 1 April 2004. Public transport users can obtain information on the new developments in the public transport scene such as the North East Line MRT, Sengkang LRT systems and bus service changes along the northeast corridor.
The TransitLink Guide will be available at all TransitLink Ticket Offices and progressively at major bookstores. The retail price of the TransitLink Guide remains unchanged at $1.50 per copy (inclusive of GST) since 1999.
This handy-sized booklet carries more than 450 pages of information on the various types of ez-link Cards, use of the card on buses, MRT and LRT, as well as bus and train service details. For users’ easy reference, a new section detailing steps on use of the Add Value Machine and an insert on Fares & MRT/LRT Journey Times are also included.
