SINGAPORE, 5 October 2004 – Due to the relocation of the EZ-Link IT system, some ez-link card related services will not be available at TransitLink Ticket Offices (TO), Customer Service Centre (CSC), Card Replacement Offices (CRO), MRT Passenger Service Centres (PSC) and General Ticketing Machines (GTM) from 9 to 11 October 2004. However, cash, GIRO and Auto Credit Card top-ups will not be affected during this period.
The services unavailable from 9 to 11 October 2004 are as follows:

NETS Top Up
NETS top up is available at all Add Value Machines (AVM) and some GTM in each MRT station and Sengkang LRT station. However, this service will not be available at GTM in all Bukit Panjang LRT stations on 9 and 10 October 2004.
Customers who wish to do a NETS top up are advised to do so before 9 October 2004.
Customers may top up their ez-link cards using cash at TO, PSC and GTM.
Refund of ez-link card
Refund of ez-link cards cannot be performed during this period. Customers who need to refund their cards are advised to do so before 9 October 2004 or after 11 October 2004.
Replacement of Adult and Child ez-link card
This service will not be available from 9 to 11 October 2004. Customers who need assistance during this period may approach TO, CSC or CRO.
Replacement of concession ez-link card
The replacement of concession cards at Buona Vista MRT Station CSC and CROs in Choa Chu Kang, Pasir Ris, Yishun, Hougang and Jurong East bus interchanges, will be available. However, customers may experience some delays in service during this period.
GIRO-Linked/ Auto Credit Card Top Up ez-link cards
Auto top up through GIRO will remain available. However, activation, deactivation and settlement of outstanding amounts will be unavailable from 9 to 11 October 2004. Customers are advised to perform these transactions before 9 October 2004 or after 11 October 2004.
Other services
Customers can continue to purchase monthly concession passes at TO, PSC and AVM.
Customer Claims filed through TO, TransitLink Hotline or TransitLink website on 9, 10 and 11 October will be processed within eight working days instead of the usual five working days.
