Bring along your existing Concession card^ to any ticketing machine (located at MRT stations and Bus Interchanges) and select “Upgrade to SimplyGo”!

Things to note:

1. Card balance and trip fares will not be displayed on bus readers and fare gates. Instead, receive instant notifications on your card balance and trip fares via the EZ-Link app!

2. You are encouraged to maintain a minimum of $3 in your SimplyGo Concession card in order to board the bus or train.

You are encouraged to enable push notifications via the EZ-Link app to track your card balance and receive alerts when balance is low. For cards with balance of less than $3, please allow up to 10 minutes for top-ups to take effect. This does not apply for top-ups made using ticketing machines.

3. The process of upgrading your card cannot be reversed.

4. Make contactless retail payments with your SimplyGo Concession cards.

5. SimplyGo Concession cards cannot be used to pay for ERP and carpark charges.

How do I know if my existing Concession card
has been upgraded to a SimplyGo Concession card?

Here’s how to pair the SimplyGo
Concession card on the app

Step 1:

Download the EZ-Link App from Google Playstore, Apple Store or Huawei Gallery

Step 2:

Launch the app and sign-up as user

Step 3:

Register your SimplyGo Concession card by entering the 16-digit CAN ID found on the back of the card

Step 4:

Enable notifications to receive card balance, trip fares and low balance alerts

Step 5:

Get started with your SimplyGo Concession card and enjoy the convenience

How do I top up on the go?

Step 1:

Launch the EZ-Link app

Step 2:

Click on the SimplyGo Concession card you wish to top up

Step 3:

Look for the ‘Top Up’ icon

Step 4:

Choose your preferred top-up amount and select payment method

Step 5:

Click ‘Confirm’ and the top-up will be done!

Auto Top-up for SimplyGo Concession cards

Hustling around and wish to beat the queue? Register for Auto Top-up for your SimplyGo Concession card through the app with your credit card. The Auto Top-up service is complimentary.
