For EZ-Reload enabled ez-link cards, please call 6496 8300 (Mon-Sun, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays) with one or more of the following information:

    • Name of the Account Holder.
    • NRIC or passport number of the Account Holder.
    • Engraved identification number of the affected EZ-Reload by Card Enabled ez-link card(s).

In the event that the Lost ez-link Card is discovered outside of the hotline operating hours, you may leave a voice mail reporting the loss with the above details. EZ-Link will attend to the loss report the next working day.
