Refunding your EZ-Link
Looking to obtain a refund of your EZ-Link card or you have a EZ-Link card that is expired/expiring soon? Check out the convenient refund locations below!
Refund Channels and Locations
For valid non-expired EZ-Link cards
Get your immediate refunds (for cards with remaining value <$80) at:
Passenger Service Centres within most MRT stations.
*For cards with remaining value equals to or above $80, a deferred refund will be processed.
For SimplyGo EZ-Link cards
Get a deferred refund at:
SimplyGo Ticket Offices located at MRT stations and bus interchanges. Your basic particulars, nominated EZ-Link CAN ID/bank account details for the refund will be required. The deferred refund will take up to 14 working days to be processed.
For expiring EZ-Link cards before
31 December 2024
Get a subsidised EZ-Link card at only $3 and continue your journey with us! Simply exchange your EZ-Link card that is expiring/expired before 31 December 2024.
Visit any SimplyGo Ticket Office to get your subsidised card now. You can also perform a deferred refund of your EZ-Link that has expired at the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
