Outstanding Payment Settlement

The Outstanding Payment Settlement service allows you to settle your outstanding amount incurred by your Auto Top-up (previously known as EZ-Reload) and EZ-Link Motoring service (previously known as EZ-Pay) accounts online conveniently.

Step 1: Proceed to the Online Service page
Step 2: Indicate if you are agreeable to proceed with the Terms and Conditions
Step 3: Select the relevant scheme and enter your required details to proceed

All Singapore issued credit or debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are accepted.

You will be required to enter your NRIC, FIN or Passport number associated with your Auto Top-up (previously known as EZ-Reload) or EZ-Link Motoring service (previously known as EZ-Pay) account for us to retrieve the relevant records.

To proceed with your payment, your email address and credit/debit card details will be required.

You will be updated on your payment transaction status at the end of the payment process.

For successful payment transactions, an email receipt will be triggered to your email address for your reference.

No, you can only make a full payments for the outstanding amount for each scheme.
