EZ-Link e-vouchers for use at vending machines

1. What is EZ-Link e-voucher?

EZ-Link e-voucher is for customers to enjoy discount off EZ-Link products and can only be used at EZ-Link vending machines.

2. Is refund allowed after purchase of e-voucher?

No, all sales of EZ-Link e-voucher are final.

3. Can a single e-voucher be used multiple times?

E-voucher is for one time use only. Once used, unused balance cannot be refunded or used in the future.

4. Can I use multiple vouchers for a single purchase?

No, only 1 voucher can be redeemed for a single purchase.

5. Can the validity of e-voucher be extended after expiry date?

No, validity of e-voucher cannot be extended.

6. How will I be notified upon successful purchase of e-voucher?

You will receive an email containing a valid promo code and the expiry date of e-voucher upon successful purchase.

7. Where can I purchase the EZ-Link e-voucher(s)?

You can purchase the EZ-Link e -voucher from our EZ-Link app & Lazada.

8. Where can I redeem my e-voucher?

You can redeem your e-voucher at EZ-Link vending machines located at:

  • Bishan Junction 8, Level 1, opposite McDonald’s
  • Bugis Junction, Level 1, opposite #01-111 and next to Sharetea
  • Tampines Mall, Level 2, near Converse
  • Westgate, Level 1, opposite Sephora at #01-23/24

9. What should I do if my e-voucher cannot be used?

Please contact EZ-Link’s customer service hotline at 6496 8300, 8am – 6pm daily, except Public Holidays or email us at customerservice@ezlink.com.sg.
