EZ-Link x Touch 'n Go Motoring Card
The EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card is catered for Singapore registered vehicles travelling between Singapore and Malaysia. It is a dual currency contactless card that hosts two electronic purses – an EZ-Link purse in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and a Touch ‘n Go purse in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). It is a product developed from a collaboration between EZ-Link Pte Ltd and Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd.
Foreign vehicles entering Singapore will still be required to use an Autopass card to pay for all entry and exit fees while travelling across Singapore’s borders. The Autopass card serves as an electronic Vehicle Entry Permit for foreign cars and motorcycles and is used to record the vehicle’s entry into Singapore. The EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card is available for sale at selected 7-Eleven outlets only in Singapore.
It will also be made available on our official Shopee store from 29 March 2022, 1pm.
Subsequently, the card will be available at selected Cheers outlets around checkpoints from 1 April 2022, and Caltex, Sinopec and SPC petrol stations island-wide from 11 April 2022.
Price varies across the sales channels:
- 7-Eleven, Cheers -> $10 (with $3 load value in the EZ-Link purse)
- Shopee online store -> $10 (with no load value)
- Caltex, Sinopec, SPC -> $7 (with no load value)
This card is catered for Singapore registered vehicles travelling between Singapore and Malaysia.
In Singapore, the EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card can be used to make payments for carpark fees, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) and checkpoint toll charges. This card cannot be used for public transit and retail payments locally.
Note: Payment for ERP and checkpoint toll charges applicable to Singapore vehicles only.
In Malaysia, the EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card can be used to pay for highway tolls, checkpoint toll charges, parking fees, bus fares, MRT fees as well as retail and dining acceptance points.

No, the EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card cannot be used for public transit payments in Singapore.
For Singapore-registered cars travelling into Malaysia –
The EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card can be used to pay for toll fees entering into Malaysia.
For foreign-registered cars travelling into Singapore –
It cannot be used for payment for Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) and ERP fees for foreign vehicles entering into Singapore.
All foreign vehicles entering Singapore will still be required to use an Autopass card to pay for all entry and exit fees while travelling across Singapore’s borders. The top-up done in Singapore will be in SGD into your SGD purse and the funds can only be used in Singapore. The funds will not be auto-converted to Malaysian Ringgit.
The EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card holds two electronic purses within one card and funds are not transferable between the purses.

Topping up in Singapore
Please top up the EZ-Link purse of your EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card at 7-Eleven outlets, AXS stations, Cheers convenience stores, DBS/POSB ATMs and OCBC ATMs that accept EZ-Link card payments. Top-up fees apply at certain top-up channels.
You may also top up the EZ-Link purse of your EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card via the Express Top-up service on the EZ-Link app. Please note that Auto Top-up is not applicable for the EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card.
Topping up in Malaysia

Due to regulatory restriction, cross-border top-up is not allowed. Please top up the individual purses in your card at the respective touchpoints.
The EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring card contains 2 purses (EZ-Link and Touch ‘n Go). Both purses and the card are valid for a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase.
There is no dormant period for the EZ-Link purse.
However, should there be no transactions on the Touch ‘n Go (TNG) purse within 12 consecutive months, the purse will go dormant. To avoid such scenarios, you are encouraged to add your card to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
*Note: The dormancy period for the TNG purse begins from the first top-up made to the TNG purse.
You may store up to SGD$500.00 in your EZ-Link purse and up to MYR1,500.00 in your Touch ‘n Go purse concurrently.
Yes, you may sign up for the EZ-Link App and use all the functions of the EZ-Link App to manage your EZ-Link purse including top-ups via NFC-enabled mobile devices.
Please inform both EZ-Link and Touch ‘n Go to terminate the EZ-Link purse and the Touch ‘n Go purse respectively.
If you have misplaced your card, you can instantly submit your request to block your EZ-Link purse via the EZ-Link app if you have previously added the card into your account.
To terminate the EZ-Link purse in your EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card, please contact EZ-Link at (+65) 6496 8300 from Monday – Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays. During non-operating hours, you may leave a voice mail and EZ-Link will contact you within the next working day. In your voice mail, please provide your name, contact number and EZ-Link CAN ID (which can be found in your EZ-Link App if you have previously added the card into your account).

Yes, you can add your Touch ‘n Go purse by keying in the serial / MFG number into the Touch ‘n Go eWallet for PayDirect.
PayDirect allows you to pass through tolls with your added Touch ‘n Go Card(s), but toll fees will be deducted directly from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
