Termination
- We may (at our sole discretion) and without giving any reason suspend or terminate the EZ-Link Service or your use of the EZ-Link App at any time. Such termination shall be effective on and from the date specified in any notice provided to you.
- You shall not be entitled to any payment, compensation or damages from EZ-Link in relation to the termination of your access to and use of the EZ-Link App and/or the EZ-Link Service.
- EZ-Link’s right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of the EZ-Link App and the EZ-Link Service shall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which EZ-Link may have under these Terms and at law.
