Use of the EZ-Link Digital Wallet
You acknowledge, agree and warrant that you are, and will at all times be, in compliance with the following:
- You are of legal age of majority to contract in the jurisdiction in what you reside (and in any event, no less than 18 years of age) and legally capable and permitted to accede to these Terms;
- Refunds in case of wallet closure shall be made to a local Bank account (local savings or current account). EZ-Link reserves the right to levy an admin fee on receiving your request to close the wallet;
- You have a valid local mobile number registered in the EZ-Link App and it is your responsibility to keep your mobile number up to date so that EZ-Link can communicate with you electronically should the need arise during your use of the Digital Wallet due to security or privacy concerns detected by EZ-Link or any relevant party;
- You understand and agree that if EZ-Link sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because of reasons including but not limited to message being out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, EZ-Link will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.
