NOTICES

Unless otherwise provided herein all notices, demands or other communications by EZ-Link shall be in writing to the address of the Account Holder as stated in EZ-Link’s records and shall be deemed served if delivered:

1. by SMS to the mobile number registered with EZ-Link
2. by hand, on the day of delivery;
3. by ordinary post, on the day following that on which the notice was posted; or
4. by email, on the day the email was transmitted.
