1. What is the “Top-up EZ-Link Motoring Card and Win Petrol Vouchers” Campaign about?

It is a lucky draw where we are rewarding customers who use the EZ-Link Motoring Card to make Motoring transactions (ERP and carpark payments). The campaign runs from 27 November 2023 to 31 December 2023.

There will be 5 qualifying periods during the whole campaign period, with each lasting a week. 50 winners will be picked from each qualifying period to win $20 worth of petrol vouchers.

In order to qualify for a chance at the draw, you must make at least 5 ERP or carpark transaction on your EZ-Link Motoring card, have a valid Mastercard added as a source-of-funds in the EZ-Link app and each top-up transaction made with the Mastercard will qualify you for 1 chance at the lucky draw during each qualifying period.

2. What are Motoring transactions?

Motoring transactions refer to ERP and carpark payments made on the EZ-Link Motoring card.

3. What do I stand to win in this Campaign?

You stand to win $20 petrol vouchers during each qualifying period throughout this campaign!

4. How do I qualify for the Campaign?

To qualify for the lucky draw, you must fulfil all the following criteria:

  • Have a valid account on the EZ-Link App on or before the expiry of the Campaign Period.
  • Motoring Card(s) must be added to your EZ-Link App account before or during the Campaign Period.
  • Any valid Mastercard must be added into the Payment Method on or before the expiry of the Campaign Period.
  • Clock at least five (5) EPS or ERP transactions within the following qualifying period(s) on the Motoring card(s) stated in Clause 4.b. (“Eligible Transactions”);

    2. 4 December 2023 – 10 December 2023 (Qualifying Period 2)
    3. 11 December 2023 – 17 December 2023 (Qualifying Period 3)

  • A minimum top-up of twenty Singapore dollars (S$20) must be made via Express/Ad-hoc top up or Auto top up to any Motoring Card(s) stated in Clause 4.b using any Mastercard as stated in Clause 4.c must be completed within the EZ-Link app (“Eligible Top-up Transaction”).
  • New users who do not have any ERP or EPS transacted with any EZ-Link card(s) that are added into the EZ-Link app after 27 May 2023 will get two (2) lucky draw chances for their first Eligible Top up Transaction.
  • User will get one (1) lucky draw chance for each Eligible Top-up Transaction within each qualifying period.
  • There will only be one (1) lucky draw for this Campaign and fifty (50) lucky winners will be picked from each qualifying period.
  • Each winner shall be entitled to receive twenty Singapore dollars (S$20) in petrol vouchers (“Prize”).
  • Lucky draw chance(s) cannot be accumulated for the next qualifying period and will reset at the start of the next qualifying period.

5. Is there a limit to the number of times I can win?

You can win once per qualifying period throughout the campaign!

6. Who is eligible for this campaign?

This campaign is open to all new and existing users of the EZ-Link Motoring Card. This Campaign is not applicable for all EZ-Link Card enrolled into the Auto Top-up Corporate Fleet program and for all Concession cards.

Note: EZ-Link cards are compatible with the dual-mode IU (2GIU) only. However, users will be able to pay carpark payments by tapping the EZ-Link card at the carpark exit terminal station.

7. How do I receive the prize?

  • Users must update and complete their EZ-Link profile information (full name, full address and contact number) so that we can notify winners via the registered email address.
  • Winners will be notified within six (6) weeks from the last day of the campaign period via email.
  • The link for the redemption $20 petrol voucher will be sent in the Winner’s notification email.
  • All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

9. How can I apply for Auto Top-up?

You can apply for Auto Top-up with a Mastercard or Visa card via the EZ-Link app that can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple Store. You can find the information from this link.
