“When it comes to Singapore’s smart nation journey, meeting our customers’ needs and bringing value to all Singaporeans is becoming increasingly important as we navigate the inevitable digital transformation. Beyond extending our value-added digital services and rewards programmes to SimplyGo Concession card holders and their caregivers, we will continue to work closely with the government and partners such as the SG Digital Office to make our services more accessible to all users,” said Mr. Nicholas Lee, CEO of EZ-Link Pte Ltd.

  • Enhanced security: Instant blocking of lost cards to prevent unauthorised usage, compared to up to 48 hours previously.
  • Seamless Auto Top-Up application: Apply for Auto Top-Up function via the app without having to make a trip to the General Ticketing Machine or TransitLink Ticket Office.
