Please note:

If you are upgrading your EZ-Link card in-between a journey, the next trip will be considered a new journey and you will not be able to enjoy distance-based fares. Hence, please ensure that you upgrade your card before starting a journey or complete the journey before upgrading your card to avoid being overcharged. Otherwise, please file a claim through the SimplyGo website or SimplyGo app.

2. I have Auto Top-up activated on my EZ-Link. Will it be terminated when I upgrade my card/charm?

No, the Auto Top-up facility will not be terminated. The service will automatically be continued when you upgrade your card at the Ticketing Machine.

3. What should I do if the upgrading to SimplyGo process fails?

If you are unable to upgrade your EZ-Link card to SimplyGo EZ-Link at the Ticketing Machines, please approach any SimplyGo Ticket Office for further assistance.
